Who Needs the Sacrament of Confirmation?
All Baptized Catholics who received the Sacrament of Holy Communion and are the age of 16 or greater. The Confirmation process at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church is a two year + 6 weeks program as required by the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

Why do Catholics need Confirmation?
Confirmation focuses on the celebration and sealing of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The sacrament reminds us that the Holy Spirit dwells among us and in us to continue our process of conversion. The Confirmation sessions prepare Catholics and their sponsors to be fuller witnesses of the Gospel in the Church and community by living and professing our Catholic faith.
